Happy Belated Blogiversary to me

by - 8:00 AM

Friday I celebrated my blogiversary, but I was home in Allentown this weekend and didn't have time to get a post up.

So Happy Belated Blogiversary to me!

I can't believe I've been blogging about running and actually running seriously for three years now! Craziness!

In the past three years I've "met" so many fun bloggers and I've learned so much from all of you! You've helped me through injuries and cheered me on through PRs so I just wanted to say a big thanks for all of that! I love reading all of your blogs!

----
In quick weekend update news, I worked out zero times since Wednesday. Thursday I drove home, Friday and Saturday my mom and I spent the day shopping (that totally counts as working out right lol) and Sunday was Easter and driving back to Md. followed by a serious three-hour nap.

I plan to get back on track with the workouts this week though. I offered to sub yoga tonight for one of my co-workers at the gym and I'm going to try to fit Jillian in too once I get home (if my roommates aren't home, seriously all the jumping and stuff makes the whole house shake).

That's it for me. Hope you all had wonderful weekends!

  14. Hi there!

Happy three years blogging! I came across your site and saw that you enjoy staying fit and eating healthy. I'm not sure if you've tried Greek yogurt, but Stonyfield Farm makes Oikos Organic Greek yogurt. It has a whopping 15 grams of protein per 5.3 oz serving, and about half the sugar as normal yogurt. It's also triple strained, making it extra thick and creamy.

I'd love to send you some free coupons to give Oikos a try. If you're interested, just shoot me an email at kdrociak@stonyfield.com and let me know where to send them.

    Have a great day!

  15. Happy Blogversary!

I really enjoy reading your blog as you are so positive about everything. Don't let anyone or anything change that about you.

Family is just the best, don't you think?
