Other than my cousin's 2nd birthday party tonight, my weekend is pretty wide open and free. Since I've been majorly slacking on the workout front since the Frederick half earlier this month, I'm thinking that I should probably use some of my time this weekend to get in some good runs.
It's too easy to fall into a pattern of continuous non-running, so I need to try to break that this weekend.
Other things I'm looking forward to this weekend:
- Getting to the farmer's market for the first time this season.
- The Maryland vs. Duke lax semi-final tomorrow night. If Maryland wins tomorrow I'll be heading to the National Championship game on Monday. (fingers crossed)
- Sleeping in. After last weekend at Fitbloggin' I'm exhausted and really need to "catch up" on sleep.
