PT starts tonight

My physical therapy for my knee starts tonight and I have absolutely no idea what to expect. I'm a little bit nervous, but more antsy than anything. I want to get back to running again.

As far as workouts, I did yoga on Thursday. It was another excellent class.

I didn't do anything too exciting this weekend. Saturday I went in search of a dress to wear to my friend's wedding. I finally found the cutest black and white sun dress ever. It fits really well except it's a smidge big in the top so I'm considering taking it to get altered. The wedding is at the end of July so there should be enough time to get it done.

Saturday night I went out with some people from work. It was a good time, but for some reason Sunday morning when I woke up my knee really hurt. WTF? There was no dancing involved, so I'm not sure what could have happened while I was standing around at the bar??? Maybe the AC was too cold when I was sleeping and made it stiff. It bothered me off and on the rest of the day.

I had plenty of time to ice it down though when I was watching my DC United boys kick the crap out of David Beckham and the LA Galaxy (Whooo got to give a shout out to my fellow MD alum Marc Burch for playing one hell of a game including an excellent cross assisting in a goal...check it out on the highlight reel!) and watching the Euro 2008 Final. It was a good day for soccer.

Hasn't been so good lately for my Phils though. Come on boys pull it together.
